Businesses today, wherever they're based, face a growing risk of interruption to services and activities due to an increase in natural and man-made disasters.

This one-day course will help your business or organisation to prepare for a major disruptive incident, e.g. a flood, structural damage, or terrorist attack.

It will look at how your business can survive in the immediate aftermath of such an incident and how it can become more resilient.

It will help you to:

  • understand the nature of these risks and how to make your business more resilient
  • plan for emergencies
  • plan how to continue your service and protect your business reputation in the event of such an incident
