In keeping with our commitment to deliver internationally recognised excellence we hold ourselves to the highest international standards. It’s important for us to have an external measure by which to judge our organisational performance. That’s why since 2005 every year we ask the International Standards Organization to scrutinise our working practices. We consistently achieve high certification standards. ISO 9001:2008 is the generic term used for defining a series of International Quality Standards sponsored by the International Organization for Standards (ISO) in over 110 countries.
