ONCORE was founded in 2011 by veterinary nurse Jill Macdonald and veterinary surgeon and researcher Dr Carol Gray.

They have extensive experience in veterinary practice, veterinary higher education, and implementation of learning technologies to online courses; and a passion for teaching and education. ONCORE is now owned and managed by Jill, but Carol still has an input in supporting the business.
