The Conference is intended for anyone wishing to develop their understanding of relationships in their professional life. Conference activities explore issues such as individual and professional identity, power, and authority, while considering the oppotunities and limitations of taking up a role in the process of working to a task.
This three-day event provides a learning environment to explore and understand rational and irrational processes that assist and hinder the work of individuals and groups. The primary task of the Conference is:
'to experience and examine conscious and unconsciuos processes of group dynamics as they happen, in the exercise of role, authority and leadership'
