Perfect for anyone wanting to explore the use of sound as a therapeutic and transformational tool, this course is based on research and development and has far-reaching application in the arts, healthcare, education and complementary medicine. The course comprises a 5 day non-residential course followed by webinar sessions and online learning. Learn how to give sound relaxation sessions (sound baths, gong baths), soundscapes and sonic art, rhythm and drum groups and to work with unhelpful belief.
