Clients seem to be fixated with bugs!! A large proportion of the questions we have to answer from clients will be in relation to endo- and ectoparasites. But do you know the life cycle of angiostrongylus? Or what Trichodectes Canis looks like close up? The most commonly encountered bugs will be discussed, with lots of photos, as well as practical microscopy, to show you what they look like and help you with skin scrape and tape strip analysis. At the end of the day you will be better equipped to answer some of those tricky client questions.
This course would also be ideal for trainee nurses.
