Advanced Ecosim Course at SAMS

This new course will provide you with skills needed to use the Ecotracer routines in the software which allow tracing of bioaccumulating compounds within simulated foodwebs. Please note that this is an advanced course and assumes you have an existing knowledge and some experience of using Ecopath and Ecosim. Led by Prof. Villy Christensen and Dr Sheila Heymans of SAMS, who has worked extensively with Ecopath, Ecosim and Ecological Network Analysis, this give you a comprehensive introduction to the advanced aspects of fitting time-series to Ecopath with Ecosim models.
