Nearly all of us work for organisations. Successful organisations depend on excellent communication. As our careers develop, we need to communicate more professionally and effectively. Managing Communication is focused on the practical skills needed to ensure greater personal influence and persuasiveness and improving communication in the organisations we work for. The course encourages participants to think more strategically about their communication and its impact. It will be of interest to individuals enhancing their personal and professional development.
Entry Requirements: Any undergraduate degree
Start Date: 7 October 2015
Delivery: This course requires attendance on four individual days from 10am – 4pm in October/November 2015 (dates to be confirmed).
Assessment: 100% Coursework - this consists of a self-reflection log-book analysing individual performance in a series of practical role-plays combined with a consideration of the importance of particular skills to success in organisations.

This course is part of a framework of postgraduate professional development opportunities.
