Embracing current developments in the field of image interpretation, this event has been designed to meet the specific needs of staff working in/alongside the Emergency Department by consolidating and developing knowledge and skills in a true life clinical setting.

Delivered by UWE lecturers and local reporting radiographers, radiologists and Emergency Department specialists and AHPs, a variety of interactive workshops will be on offer with all tutorial sessions utilising digital radiographs

Delegates attending this course will be provided with a pre-learning package.

This course is CPD accredited by the College of Radiographers.

Topics Covered:

  • Developing a robust and systematic approach
  • Evaluation of different anatomical areas (workshops) of the axial skeleton to include often encountered trauma appearances and potential pitfalls in interpretation.
